Qualified Time : 7 Hours .

Registration at 7.00am. Participants will start to build a safe bammboo raft. A demonstration will be handled by the expert.

Flag-off will start from 10.00am. After rafting, participants will run 10km to the finishing line. Use the right side of the road.

Finishing line will be at Kg. Kuala Medang, Kuala Lipis. Estimated time is 7-8 hours.
